I was really impressed. He was so professional and very knowledgeable. Also Michelle in the office is great setting up the appointments. They really go the extra mile for their customers."

"Very Happy Customer! Thumbs up for Allstate Electric Co. I finally had work done on my home by a company with employees who take pride in their work, namely (Johnathon) Had to have my electrical panel replaced in my home, and my insurance co sent another company a month before who never arrived and after walking around in the dark with extension cords going everywhere I demanded another contractor, they came out , examined panel sent in report, followed threw, had NV energy shut power was there 7 am ."

"Allstate was incredibly responsive when we had a problem with a breaker that knocked out our furnace during a cold snap. Someone was over within a couple of hours to do an interim fix so that the furnace could operate; by the next morning they had navigated a claim through our sluggish home warranty company and had someone out to do the permanent fix. In multiple decades of home ownership, I think this was the most responsive a service company has ever been."
